Mark Conklin was going north on Lillian Holt Drive in Rosedale when he collided with a Dodge Ram going the opposite direction around 11:40 a.m. on Sunday, April 17, Baltimore County Police said.
Police said Conklin smashed into the vehicle as the truck was making a left turn in front of Conklin towards Trump Mill Road. Conklin was taken to a local hospital where he later died.
The investigation is ongoing.
